Growth Mindset

This life is a life of learning, constant learning, and in this days I have learned many things, and especially that this life is full of challenges, mistakes, either because of our fault or the fault of others that affect us. We will always be afraid of being able to go further, beyond our strengths and limits. Many people lack confidence and faith to be able to do things for themselves, think that the world and opportunities are made for special people, rich people, different social status or different skin color. We live in our own perjury to think what people will say.

Many people don't undertand our divine potential and the ability we have to do great things. Today watching a video and reading an article by Carol Dweck confirmed everything I had always believed, and I am going to take some of your words: "A growth mindset is not just about effort." Perhaps the most common misconception is simply equating the growth mindset with effort Certainly, effort is key for students' achievement, but it's not the only thing Students need to try new strategies and seek input from others when they're stuck They need this repertoire of approaches-not just sheer effort-to learn and improve.

I really like a Japanese proverb and says: "discipline will sooner or later overcome intelligence".

Many times we think that opportunities are for intelligent people, and we do not believe we are capable of having those same opportunities. We need to understand and believe that if we are disciplined we can have the opportunities that the rest, start to be disciplined with small things, such as punctuality, order, cleanliness, and so go up little by little things harder to fulfill and late and early we will have the success that so much one looks for.

I write this as a reflection that all our skills and talents will be affected through our discipline and perseverance, and therefore we will have Growth Mindset.
